The precision planetary gear reducer is a new generation of practical product independently developed by our company, which integrates advanced domestic and foreign technologies and has the following main characteristics:
1. Low noise: below 65dB;
2. Low back gap: Single stage can reach up to 1 minute, and double stage can reach up to 3 arc minutes;
3. High efficiency: Over 95% for single stage and over 92% for double stage;
4. High input speed: up to 8000RPM;
5. High torque: higher than the general standard planetary gearbox torque;
6. High stability: Made of high strength alloy steel, the whole gear has underground hardening treatment, not only surface hardening, to ensure its service life and long term use, still maintaining the initial precision;
7. High reduction ratio: Adopting modular design, the planetary gearbox can be connected to each other, and the speed ratio can reach over 1/1000
